Preparation Work Before Use Of Oil Tanker Truck

1. Insert the conductive rod into the ground to "ground" it. If the grounding point is dry, water it to make it moist to ensure good grounding. Check the ground chain so that it is in contact with the ground.
2. Open the door of the oil truck control box, check the handles of each valve, and make sure they are in the closed state (vertical position).
3. When using the oil pump for the first time, there is no oil in the pump. It should be refueled in advance. You can add 10 liters of oil through the oil inlet.
4. Check the lubricating oil level in the gearbox to the lower edge of the oil level plug hole. If it is insufficient, add gear oil.
5. Check the gearbox control lever to make it in the neutral position, check the position of the power take-off box control handle to the horizontal right position, and check the throttle controller to the minimum.
