Flatbed Semi-trailer Features

Flatbed semi-trailers have no side panels on the vehicle and are widely used. They are mainly used for medium and long-distance freight transportation.
1. The flat-panel semi-trailer walking structure is made of high-strength international steel; the vehicle is light in weight and ensures its anti-torsion, anti-seismic and anti-bump capabilities to meet different road load-bearing capacities.
2. The frame of the series semi-trailers is a beam-through structure, and the longitudinal beams are straight or gooseneck. The web height ranges from 400mm to 550mm, the longitudinal beams are welded by automatic submerged arc welding, the frame is shot peened, and the cross beams penetrate the longitudinal beams and are welded as a whole.
3. It is composed of tandem dry leaf springs and suspension supports, with reasonable structure, strong rigidity and strength, and is used to support loads and buffer shocks.
